Custom Order FAQ:

How much does a custom order cost?

The minimum cost for any custom order is $300, with a 50% deposit ($150) required to reserve your spot.  The final cost of each order varies by the individual's budget and requested item. 

What is the refund policy on custom orders?

Because there is often several weeks between when you reserve your order and when I actually begin, I will always contact you before beginning your order to let you know that I am ready to start. Should you wish to cancel before I have begun working on your order, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.  After work has begun, the deposit is no longer eligible for refund. 

How long do custom orders take? 

In general, custom orders take between 3-4 weeks to complete from the time that I begin your order. Large pieces may take longer to complete; this will be discussed up front after the deposit is paid.  The time between when you reserve a spot and when I begin your order is dependent upon where you are in line. Because I receive a high number of custom order requests, this may be several months. I try to be as communicative as possible about what kind of timeline you can expect with pending requests.

Do you offer a payment plan for custom orders?

Yes! Payment plans are available through Afterpay or Shopify Payments.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order request at my own discretion at any point during the process.  By paying the deposit and reserving a custom order spot, you agree to these terms.
